Staffmark has partnered with a well-established general practice law firm in Northwest Arkansas to fill a full-time Associate Attorney position. We are seeking someone with experience in litigation, domestic, business, and criminal law. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court and mediation proceedings
• Prepare and file legal documents, petitions, appeals, and waivers
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, memos, and correspondence
• Provide legal counsel in domestic, business, and criminal matters
• Communicate with clients and keep them updated on case status
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly
• Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with deadlines

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active Arkansas attorney license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of law firm experience with direct courtroom representation
• Strong organizational, research, and communication skills
• Ability to manage high caseloads independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with court/legal research tools and Microsoft/Google software
