We are currently seeking an exceptional Chemical Inventory Auditor here at Incora.

About Role:

The Chemical Inventory Auditor position requires extensive travel to various customer locations including hospitals and medical clinics.

The Chemical Inventory Auditor will travel to customer locations and follow a set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to perform complete and accurate chemical inventory of hazardous materials. At the end of each day, this data will be provided in the appropriate format to the Chemical Inventory Team Leader. The data compiled from this inventory will be used to produce a Safety Data Sheet (SDS)/Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) database. (On-time Delivery) Goals, Inventory Turn and Minimizing Slow Moving inventory (SMI).

  • Conduct inventory on approximately 400 chemicals daily.
  • Take clear and accurate photographs of all required data fields for materials.
  • Maintain accurate and complete data collection of chemicals inventoried.
  • Take appropriate care and precautions when transporting/using inventory equipment.
  • Maintain professional demeaner and communicate effectively with on-site customer representatives.
  • 100%; travel to complete audits within different assigned facilities.
  • Must include 3 week/1 week off schedule

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Inventory Management and/or equivalent experience preferred, but not required.
  • 1-2 years previous experience working in a field that requires handling of hazardous materials required.
  • Previous audit/inventory experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare (hospitals/clinics), lab environment, manufacturing or chemical production industry is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards and regulations regarding hazardous materials, desired. Completion of OSHA safety course required.
