Position Title: Executive Assistant

Reporting to: President of Manufacturing

Department: Manufacturing

Job Summary

This position will support the leadership teams within our Manufacturing Division. The Executive Assistant will help to manage calendars and with general office efforts for the Manufacturing executives.

Responsibilities



  • Coordinate and plan events, travel arrangements, and executive team scheduling
  • Create power points and special literature project(s) as needed
  • Order marketing materials and supplies
  • Run errands on an as needed basis
  • Manipulate and manage large amounts of data using spreadsheets or other data management tools
  • Coordinate facility usage/reservations between internal and external customers
  • Work with cross-functional teams on special projects relating to the marketing and support of our product as needed
  • May be required to manage, contribute to and/or monitor social media sites
  • Manage all confidential matters with discretion
  • Support manufacturing team by ordering business cards and marketing materials upon approval
  • Be responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external customers
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Managers

Qualifications

Qualifications



  • 5+ years in Office support
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent calendar mgmt. skills including the coordination of complex executive meetings
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with the entire Microsoft Office suite
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills



Physical Requirements




  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
