YOUR IMPACT As a Principal Solutions Consultant focused on Customer Success, you will serve as a pivotal strategic partner to our existing customer base, collaborating closely with the Customer Management organization. Your core mission is to maximize the value customers derive from the OpenText Business Network, ensuring they fully leverage our AI-powered innovations, including Generative AI and our next-generation Trading Grid platform. This is a high-impact, consultative role centered on driving platform adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring customers achieve measurable success in optimizing their long-term global operations.
