YOUR IMPACT

As a Principal Solutions Consultant focused on Customer Success, you will serve as a strategic partner to OpenText's existing customer base, working hand-in-hand with the Customer Management organization. Your mission is to help customers maximize the value they derive from the OpenText Business Network by driving platform adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, and enabling them to leverage cutting-edge innovations like Generative AI and Trading Grid, our next-generation platform.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
  • Customer Value Realization: Proactively engage with customers to assess their platform usage, uncover underutilized capabilities, and build actionable expansion and optimization roadmaps-for example, moving from manual processes to API or AI-driven automation.

  • Strategic Account Growth: Partner with Customer Managers to conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), architect solution expansions (new trading partner communities, services, or cross-cloud adoption), and support evolving customer needs to drive growth.

  • High-Impact Presentations & Workshops: Facilitate adoption workshops and deliver tailored solution demonstrations to IT, Operations, and Business Leaders, showcasing the strategic value of new and upcoming features, including AI-powered tools.

  • Deep Process Consultation: Lead customer discussions on major architectural or operational changes (e.g., ERP migrations, divestitures), recommending targeted OpenText solutions that ensure business continuity and scalability.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in post-sales, customer success, or solutions consulting, with a proven record of expanding enterprise accounts and driving solution adoption.

  • Core Subject Matter Expertise:

    • Supply Chain & B2B Integration: Deep understanding of B2B, EDI, API, MFT, and supply chain automation.

    • Enterprise Data Exchange: Experience integrating financial and operational systems, including ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle.

    • Applied AI/GenAI: Foundational knowledge of how Generative AI, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics enhance B2B integration and supply chain operations.

  • Valuable Expertise: Familiarity with Corporate-to-Bank Connectivity, payment integration, or financial messaging standards.

  • Vertical Industry Knowledge: Background in industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail/CPG, or Financial Services is highly desired.

  • Cloud Fluency: Proven understanding of enterprise-grade cloud service models, including service continuity, operational management, and SLAs.

  • Leadership & Influence: Ability to lead complex customer engagements, influence C-suite technology and business decisions, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

  • Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with an emphasis on building trust and articulating long-term value for executive audiences.

SALARY STATEMENT
