YOUR IMPACT As a Principal Solutions Consultant focused on Customer Success, you will serve as a strategic partner to OpenText's existing customer base, working hand-in-hand with the Customer Management organization. Your mission is to help customers maximize the value they derive from the OpenText Business Network by driving platform adoption, identifying expansion opportunities, and enabling them to leverage cutting-edge innovations like Generative AI and Trading Grid, our next-generation platform.
