| The Human Resources Assistant provides vital administrative support to the HR department, including onboarding, employee records management, and administrative support. This role serves as a resource for employees by responding to general HR inquiries, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies. The HR Assistant also has responsibility for administration at the front desk, including greeting visitors & assigning badges as well as answering general phone calls. Essential Functions

 Required Education and Experience 
  
 A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field with significant coursework in Human Resources is preferred. Minimum of one (1) year experience in an HR or Talent Acquisition role is required. Experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.Experience utilizing a comprehensive HRIS/ATS system with multiple sites/organizational locations is preferred.
