 HDR seeks a qualified individual to be a part of our growing Northern California program. The successful candidate for this position will be involved in providing our client support with coordinating and facilitating the Advance Mitigation Program. In the role of Senior Administrative Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to: 
   
      Compose, type, format, proofread, edit and organize documents, reports, specifications and correspondenceCreate and maintain paper and electronic filesOrder insurance and monitor insurance certificatesAssist with developing project guides, and provide information and support for project reviewsApply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document managementPrepare, organize and assist with contracts and sub-contractsCoordinate meetings and assist with presentationsExhibit professionalism with clientsWork closely with multiple Project Managers and project teamsAssist with or prepare project invoices as neededPerform other duties as needed
      Bachelor's degreeKnowledge of data collection interpretation analysis and presentationStrong skills with conceptual organization problem solving and research abilities, prioritization and communicationComfortable with public speaking and meeting facilitationAbility to work independently and as part of a team
   Required Qualifications
