 As a Senior Transportation Manager at RXO, you will oversee a multi-location operation with up to 100 company drivers. Your focus will be on P&L, asset management, safety, customer service, driver onboarding and operations staff development.  Leverage client insights to strengthen partnerships, increase retention, and drive incremental growth across key accounts.Maintain responsibility for overall P&L to meet established budgets and forecastsEnsure the effectiveness of the operation's communication, interaction and relationship with company driversOversee the management of tractor maintenance, compliance and service deliveryManage 1-2 on-site managers who supervise a total of 20-30 employeesTrack operational performance including on-time pick-up and delivery, volume, equipment balance and empty milesEnsure driver recruiting and retention meets established fleet size goals At a minimum, you'll need: 
 5 years of transportation management experienceAdvanced knowledge of DOT rules and regulationsStrong experience in the principles and practices of the transportation industry It'd be great if you also have: 
 Bachelor's degree10 years of experience in the transportation industryExperience in aviation and oversized haulingDedicated Fleet Management experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to find opportunities to increase accuracy, optimize resources and implement solutions Does this sound like you?
