 As a Lead, Customer Care in Last Mile at RXO, you will be responsible for ensuring superior service delivery to online customers by directly supervising the daily operational activities of a group of Customer Care Specialist.  Organize and supervise day-to-day operations and activities of a contact center team in order to achieve key performance goals.Maintain daily and weekly statistics for individual direct reportsComplete team reportsServe as point of escalation for transactions requiring advance expertiseResolve complex customer issues and ensure timely follow up and customer satisfaction.Identify and analyze escalated problems and provides guidance to direct reports for resolution At a minimum, you'll need: 
 4 years of related work experienceExperience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and other business-related applications It'd be great if you also have: 
 High school diploma or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to exercise appropriate judgment, especially with upward communication regarding department or employee concernsStrong interpersonal, team and communication skills with customer focus.
