Job Summary The Deburr Operator I is responsible for setting up and operating machines to grind, smooth, and buff manufactured parts in accordance with quality and production standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and experience handling small components. The role is based in Plano, TX, with a schedule of 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., working in a cleanroom environment. Job Responsibilities Set up and operate deburring machines and related equipment to smooth and polish manufactured parts. Inspect parts for imperfections using microscopes and precision tools, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Perform manual deburring and finishing of small parts as needed. Maintain consistent quality assurance throughout the production process. Follow all cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and production guidelines. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain workflow efficiency. Maintain accurate records and documentation as required. Job Requirements High attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct imperfections. Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for handling small parts. Experience working in a machine shop or manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to use a microscope and other inspection tools. Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. Education High school diploma or GED required. Work Experience Prior experience in production, machining, or quality inspection preferred. Experience working in a cleanroom environment is a plus. Additional Job Details Location: Plano, TX.
