As a Lead Transformation Consultant, you'll engage the enterprise in activities related to the execution, development, facilitation, administration, and presentation of transformation efforts (digital, operational, functional, cross-functional and integration/separation); taking a collaborative approach to drive results and create long-term value for the business.

Drives necessary connectivity between planning, prioritization, and funding across strategy, profit and growth plan, discretionary work, and budgeting. Ensures alignment with strategy, leadership, work streams, and reporting while providing leadership, follow-up, adaptation, insights and conflict resolution. Ensures the organization is transforming and integrating the right capabilities, processes, people strategies, and organizational constructs to achieve transformation outcomes and enable our strategy.

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of the following office location: Madison, WI 53783.

Position Compensation Range:

$111,000.00 - $190,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Translates the enterprise strategy into actionable plans that drive specific business outcomes that are measurable.

  • Recognized as a business expert with understanding of customer needs, financial reporting, organizational effectiveness and industry insight.

  • Leads enterprise business and operating model innovation.

  • Applies strategy to address internal and/or external business issues; develops cutting edge principles, theories, and concepts.

  • Proactively identifies, defines and coordinates solutions for the most complex problems that impact the management and direction of the business.

  • Ensures alignment with enterprise strategy, work streams, executive leadership, Operating Companies, reporting, and quality assurance while providing guidance, follow-up, adaptation, and conflict resolution.

  • Leads the enterprise-wide ways of working and capability building across the organization to sustain outcomes.

  • Derives insights and makes informed and compelling recommendations that align with strategic decisions and have broad impact.

  • May be requested to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience.

Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Education Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex broad projects, including linking and coordinating across multiple stakeholders and providing technical coaching of others.

  • Strong business, financial and technology acumen.

  • Demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical aptitude with the ability to organize information, interpret results, formulate conclusions and provide strong consulting and expertise.

  • Demonstrated navigation of enterprise-wide constructs, objectives and leadership, understanding the interconnections and strategic priorities that drive organizational success, while helping others understand and benefit from cross-functional connections.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to transfer knowledge, influence peers and leadership, deliver compelling narratives and work cross-functionally.

  • Broad understanding of the technology industry, including current and emerging digital solutions and trends.

  • Demonstrated experience serving as a collaborative partner with senior leaders and positively influencing executive leaders.

Preferred Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in change management, including the ability to lead, facilitate, and support organizational change initiatives.

  • Strong process reengineering and process improvement skills, with a track record of identifying opportunities, implementing solutions, and optimizing workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ability to analyze existing processes, recommend enhancements, and manage transitions to new or improved procedures.

  • Up to 10%
