Job DescriptionPrimary Location: Albuquerque, New MexicoOffice Clerk: Coordinates activities of clerical and other administrative support personnel by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluates office production, revises procedures, or devises new forms and procedures to improve efficiency of Establishes uniform correspondence procedures and style practices. Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. Plans office layouts and initiates cost reduction programs. Coordinates activities of various clerical workers within department. Presents professional image by wearing appropriate business attire and grooming. Conducts orientation sessions for new employees. Completes, distributes, and files new hire paperwork. Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
