Nicholas Noble & Associates, our newly established staff counsel office for State Farm is scheduled to open in January of 2026. Our new office located in Athens, GA, is seeking talented Legal Secretaries who are passionate about delivering exceptional legal services and growing with us from the ground up. The new team is comprised of multiple roles and levels including Leadership, Attorney, Paralegal, Legal Secretary, and Legal Administrative Support. While every day can provide different experiences and opportunities, a typical day as a Legal Secretary involves supporting attorneys with calendaring and scheduling, processing mail, electronic/paper filing, and legal research. This role will interact with clients, courts, counsel throughout the litigation process on behalf of the attorney. The office allows for collaborative environments with access to peer mentors. This role provides diversity of work and the opportunity for development/advancement. The position is classified as a hybrid role, meaning that the work arrangement calls for hours in the office and virtually. Everyone in a hybrid role is required to spend time in the office. Work arrangements could change over time based on business needs. Hours for the position are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Responsibilities of a Legal Secretary include but are not limited to:
