Job description
Position Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to leadership and employees across PRI's healthcare and call center operations. This role is responsible for driving employee engagement, resolving complex employee relations issues, and supporting organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced, remote first environment. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. * Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. * Conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns and complaints, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. * Coach managers on effective communication, team dynamics, and employee development. * Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, absenteeism) to identify trends and recommend solutions. * Support change management initiatives and organizational development efforts. * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. * Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred). * 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations. * Experience supporting healthcare and/or call center environments is required. * Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism. * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills-both written and verbal. * Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. * Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Attributes: * SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. * Experience supporting a distributed or remote workforce.
