The Copy Coordinator is responsible for scheduling commercials for the FOX Broadcasting Company network in both Primetime and Sports Programming. In this position, you will be responsible for pinpoint accuracy for scheduling of all FOX Broadcasting Company programming, including but not limited to the Super Bowl, NFC Championship Game, MLB World Series and All-Star Games, The Masked Singer, NASCAR on FOX, and many more.

The Copy Coordinator is the backbone of the department, as everything we do culminates in the correct advertising identification being accurate 100% of the time. The Copy Coordinator is responsible for national revenue that is in the billions; therefore, this job requires extreme attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills. The candidate will also be communicating with Advertising agencies and the FOX Sales department on a daily basis. You must be able to work well under pressure while meeting time-sensitive deadlines. The candidate must exercise proficient computer skills and be a team player. Bachelor's degree and previous Copy/Traffic Department experience preferred.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule commercials
  • Quality control of log checks
  • Constantly communicate with ad agencies, management, and sales, and be on top of emails
  • Communicate daily with advertising agencies and sales offices in New York City, Chicago, and Los Angeles to place high-revenue commercial spots on air

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • 1+ years of office experience
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with email, the internet, and various word processing programs
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under daily time constraints in a high-pressure environment

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience in television scheduling
  • Bachelor's degree

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $21.00-27.41 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
