As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic tech and telecommunications location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible throughout your assigned areas. You will conduct routine patrols, provide exceptional customer service, and assist visitors and employees to create a welcoming atmosphere. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, conditions, or incidents encountered during patrols.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing information, guidance, and directions as needed.
• Follow post orders and instructions from Allied Universal management and/or client representatives relevant to the site.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and actions taken according to site and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience with customer service, access control or badge systems, and x-ray screening is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
