STAR Bonus % (At Risk Maximum)

Overview

Due to growth, we are adding a Sr. Product Manager to our team!

The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for managing both existing products and new product development for differentiation in the PBM industry. The Sr. Product Manager will manage and coordinate the execution for key strategic programs and products related to our customer facing product strategy. The Sr. Product Manager will oversee day-to-day activities to ensure that our customer experience meets the need of our sales growth plans. The Sr. Product Manager will work collaboratively with the customer and digital experience team to ensure the voice of the customer is integrated into product development and market offering. This role must work cross-functionally to achieve departmental level objectives in support of the strategic plan. This position functions as a thought leader focusing on industry trends and assessing gaps to define and expand the product offering. The Sr. Product Manager is also responsible for ensuring the product receives the appropriate prioritization and funding from the organization.

Responsibilities

How do I make an impact on my team?

    Act in an autonomous manner to prioritize and plan the highest value product features, enhancements, and changes.
  • Lead strategic Creation of a product roadmap in alignment with market pressures and organizational product investment.
  • Document product lifecycle and apply strategy based on product progression.
  • Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build versus buy perspective and collaborate across organization.
  • Lead the integration of internal data into digital products for vendor or internally built systems.
  • Generate content in collaboration with Customer and Digital Experience to strategically position product internally and externally.
  • Ensure product output is fully accessible and is in alignment with section 508 and any other applicable compliance requirements.
  • Lead annual planning and strategic planning for product development and serve as accountability toward meeting performance goals.
  • Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation.
  • Lead market research studies to gather new insights in the market and recommend actions.
  • Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans.
  • Set and drive product releases that bring additional value to the organization.
  • Lead socialization with Compliance and other regulatory partners to garner review and approval based on the latest regulatory requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

What our team expects from you?

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience is required.
  • 4+ years working with digital products or other related experience is required.
  • Thorough understanding of technical systems supporting overall digital market position
  • Experience leading integration of cross functional technical systems into a product via API or other technical means.
  • Experience with user centered design principles and human interface design.
  • Experience configuring feedback channels and generating data from technical systems such as Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Qualtrics, Medallia, or similar and translating data into actionable product enhancements.
  • Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and federal section 508 compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience working with interface design or software engineering is preferred.
  • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
