The US Incentives Manager will serve as an integral part to the US Sales Incentives Team responsible for identifying incentive opportunities vs. the competition while maintaining product integrity and per unit incentive spend. The selected candidate will be exposed to various functions within the US Sales Incentives Team. Specific job responsibilities entail managing the lease portfolio for a Stellantis brand(s), as well as analyzing competitive payment positions compared to Stellantis products to aid in incentive action decisions. The candidate will also utilize internal systems to analyze incentive effectiveness. The selected candidate will share best practices, have sharp working knowledge of industry and competitive activity, identify best-practices and source/provide insight on new approaches to the practice of incentive programs. The keys to success in this position include the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, flexibility with acceptance of new responsibilities and to provide leadership and clear recommendations to vehicle brand teams.
