Responsibilities Leads Superintendents, Project Engineers, QC, Equipment, & Safety personnel. Ensures the development & use of a CPM schedule throughout the life of the project. Establishes and promotes a safety culture. Establishes and maintains relationships with key business partners and stakeholders. Ensures subcontractors and suppliers are closely managed. Oversees procurement or Buy-out process to ensure it adheres to set budget. Manages employees by mentoring, coaching, providing feedback and assessing performance. Evaluates employee's performance. Performs other duties as assigned.
