ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Review monitor and balance reports. * Record payments * Analyze data and make necessary adjustments and corrections. * Work with internal and external customers of the company in a professional manner. * Perform reviews and adjustments in compliance with company policies and generally accepted accounting principles. * Cross training within the department Other duties may be assigned. MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: * High School Diploma or GED. * Familiar with mainframe usage. * Two or more years of AR experience. * Perform account reviews, corrections and adjustments in compliance company policy. * Familiarity with basic accounting procedures. * Experience with Microsoft Office software programs (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Experience with accounting software (ORACLE preferred). * Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships, exchange ideas and opinions. * Customer service experience preferred. * Ability to achieve results and solve problems. * Ability to plan, organize, and manage own time and work. This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
