Job Description The Recreation Supervisor - Pool & Beach Experiences is responsible for the leadership, oversight, and execution of all pool, beach, and group recreation activities. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences through sales, service, and operational excellence while coaching and guiding recreation associates to uphold Omni's high standards of hospitality Responsibilities * Provide leadership and daily oversight for all Pool and Beach Experiences, including cabanas, luxury chairs, umbrellas, and elite seating - ensuring excellence in both sales and service. Qualifications Tools and Equipment: Equipment: Computer and programs to include Birch Street, ResortSuite, Xola and Outlook, Basic tools, Drill, Augers, shovels, surf boards, paddle boards, beach carts and towel bins. Working Environment:
Interior and exterior with exposure to weather conditions
