The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Security System Engineer - Department of Defense. The Security System Engineer designs, implements, and integrates cybersecurity solutions for facility and operational technology environments, including computing environments, network environments, and enclave components supporting Industrial Control Systems such as UMCS, ESS, FAS, SCADA, and metering. The SSE supports RMF activities, assists with secure configurations and segmentation, validates ports, protocols, and services, executes vulnerability management tasks, and supports testing and accreditation. This role supports a Department of Defense mission and collaborates with senior cybersecurity engineers, project managers, and field teams to deliver secure, reliable systems.
