Job Title: Cable Associate Pay Rate: $26.00/hr Schedule: 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (Monday-Friday) Must have a valid driver's license. Position Summary: We're looking for a skilled Electrical Cable Associate to handle the spooling, inspection, testing, and repair of electrical cables. This role requires hands-on technical ability, strong attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities: Spool, count, and document cable lengths accurately. Inspect and test cables for faults or damage. Perform cable repairs, splicing, and terminations. Use diagnostic tools (multimeter, cable tester, Hi-Pot). Maintain proper documentation and follow safety standards. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Experience in electrical cable work or similar role. Familiarity with low and high voltage systems a plus. Ability to lift heavy cables and work on your feet. Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and attention to detail.
