Partner with the best

As the GM Americas Regional Tax Lead, you will oversee ownership, design, expert support for the broad range of Compensation & Benefit activities and services, including Compensation, Benefits and Global Mobility. Expertise within a field comprising of different approaches, methodologies, techniques and processes.

As the Global Mobility Americas Regional Tax Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Individuals who develop strategy, design and provide guidance and leadership for Global Mobility policies and standard package offerings.

  • Works with HR Managers to select the appropriate package before handing off to Service Delivery team for execution.

  • Includes those who lead Global Mobility design teams, and/or the operations for such teams. For use in Shared Service teams only.

  • Provides advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affecting business organization and ways of working.

  • Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems

  • Leads design and implementation of projects. Work goals typically span 1-2 years to complete and the impact is felt over the 12 month - 2 years time horizon

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A degree with focus in Tax/Accounting/Finance or related degree

  • 10+ years of experience in Global Mobility Tax programs

  • North and South America Tax experience preferred for this role.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
