Schedule: 4:00pm - 12:30am, Monday - Friday (overtime as needed)

Pay: $19.10/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain safe working conditions, follow all safety rules, plant standards, and SHSS policies and procedures.
  • Operate equipment safely, follow ODS instructions, and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Identify and correct unsafe conditions while maintaining excellent housekeeping (5S).
  • Assemble seats and seat components, ensuring tasks are completed within allotted cycle times.
  • Inspect and repair products to meet customer quality standards.
  • Support departmental goals.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and plant regulations.
  • Maintain quality and housekeeping standards.
  • Address hazards, defects, or non-compliance issues promptly.




Qualifications:



  • Must have manufacturing experience
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
