About the Team:

As a Sr. Project Manager - Strategic Initiatives, you will be responsible for successful execution of strategic initiatives within the Global Client Success organization working across the team's more than 200 colleagues. The Client Success organization provides account management to the companies' more than 14,000 clients and is accountable for delivering a seamless experience while guiding the client through the lifecycle journey. Client Success is also responsible for developing product expertise to drive value realization through product adoption and help clients achieve their business objectives.

About the Role:

In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives that aim to deliver on our mission and improve the client experience at FIS. You will be working alongside members of the senior leadership team and will be required to display tenacity, creative problem solving, high level of discernment along with the ability to navigate large complex organizations. Candidates who are adept at influence and emotional intelligence will excel in this highly visible, strategic organization.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Guide Communication Team to ensure that new process and technology design elements are being appropriately communicated to the organization

  • Ensures consistent presentation of the project in all media

  • Coordinates the change partner network responsible for communicating the change into the organization

  • Facilitate meetings, deliver presentations as required

  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with stakeholders at multiple levels

  • Ensures timely and high-quality deliverables of the team

  • Assists with development of detailed Change Management plan into the overall project plan

  • Identifies, tracks, reports, and resolves issues

  • Works with other team leads to ensure integration across teams

  • Provides regular updates to Stakeholders as requested

What You Bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or the equivalent combination of education

  • 8-10+ years of experience in corporate settings

  • 5+ years of project management experience

  • Experienced in client-facing roles

  • Knowledge of financial services industry

  • Skilled in the use of project management software to manage projects

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature
