As a Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol Rounds Full-Time in Durham, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout a healthcare location. You will provide outstanding customer service, support visitors and staff, and handle security-related situations with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the healthcare environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related threats within the location.
• Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general inquiries, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Collaborate with medical staff and emergency responders as required, following established protocols for the healthcare location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities and any incidents encountered during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
