Wimmer Communities -Forest Ridge Senior Community is looking for a friendly individual for our 2nd shift Front Desk - Reception position. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with the senior population and job variety! The Hours: 2nd Shift - 3pm - 11pm, rotating weekends and holidays Starting at $18.00 per hour A Typical Day as a Front Desk Receptionist at Forest Ridge: Maintain the order and cleanliness of the receptionist area to provide a professional ambiance. Answer phone calls and/or greet walk-in traffic and provide information; record and disseminate information to appropriate staff as needed/required. Interactions with residents and families in a manner which contributes to a positive lifestyle for residents. Serves as a manager on duty, responsible for responding to building and resident emergencies following company policies. Monitor, respond to, and report emergencies involving residents and the building; communicate with emergency services/first responders as needed. (i.e., fire department and police staff.) Maintain resident confidentiality. Complete written recording of resident, building, and employee incidents per policy.
