As a Security Professional - Mall Patrol Driver in Yonkers, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a bustling retail and mall location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment for patrons and staff. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service while communicating with the public. This driving post requires you to operate company vehicles as part of your patrol duties. Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and tenants by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Assist in emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and critical situations, utilizing problem-solving skills.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs within the location.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site staff to support a secure and welcoming environment for all visitors.
• Remain alert to security-related risks specific to retail and mall settings, such as theft, loitering, or disturbances.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid New York State Security Guard License is required.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
