- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and standards aligned with global frameworks.
- Oversee risk management activities and ensure timely audits and assessments.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Establish and maintain a governance framework for decision-making and accountability.
- Collaborate with global IT and security teams to ensure alignment and communication.
- Drive cybersecurity awareness and training programs across the organization.
- Define KPIs and deliver governance performance reports to leadership.
- Support incident response planning and ensure governance integration.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, or related field.
- 6+ years of cybersecurity-related experience.
- 5+ years of program management experience in governance or risk frameworks.
- Experience in designing or managing cybersecurity governance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, IEC 62443) or related processes
- Proven ability to lead initiatives and collaborate with globally dispersed teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Position may require up to 25% travel, domestic and international.
- Program Management Experience with background in Kanban, Lean Six Sigma or comparable experience.
- Extensive experience with risk management and accepted threat assessment protocols.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies (e.g., SIEM, IAM, encryption technologies, endpoint protection) is a plus.

Colorado Salary: $96,200-$125,000
