As a Security Officer in Lewisville, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a financial institution location, where you'll monitor and patrol assigned areas to help foster a secure and welcoming environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, and you'll interact with clients and visitors, providing outstanding customer service. As this is a driving post, you will conduct patrols using a company or personal vehicle as required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding as appropriate to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment for employees and visitors.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report any irregularities or security-related concerns in accordance with company guidelines.
• Support access control by verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management as needed.
• Work in close partnership with client personnel to support the location's security-related objectives and needs.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Remain alert to changes in the environment and communicate any issues or hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
