As a Security Officer - Healthcare Campus Patrol in Warner Robins, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while supporting a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations in a healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism and composure at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs within the location to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required.
• Document and report incidents, security-related matters, and/or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.
• Support and interact with staff, patients, and visitors to provide information and assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
