Position Summary:

The Digital & Payment Services Clerk is primarily responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to: Responding to Retail, co-workers and member inquiries about Credit cards, Debit cards and Digital Services and performing the necessary research and follow-up associated. Responsible for Departmental Audits, included but not limited to: Debit Card, Credit Card, Mobile and ACH.

Additional Responsibilities include:

• Complete Debit Card and Credit Card Audits in CRMBI and Meridian Link. Notify retail if follow-up is required, and include your managers as needed.
• Process Digital and Payment Team Activity Managers, mainly ACH (set up, stop pay, WSUD)
• Pull and review monthly payment channel reports including but not limited to: Mobile Deposit, ACH transaction, wires Return Deposit Items (RDI's) and Card reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Provide back-up support to review and process debit and credit card reports in Nautilus and Client Central, as needed.
• Assist Retail and members with Digital and Payment Service inquiries on in slack and email including, but not limited to: online banking, bill pay, Zelle, uChoose, SpendTrack, and My Cards and perform any necessary research to quickly resolve any issues.
• Complete Centrix Positive Pay, check and ACH exception tasks.
• Open cases in Client 360 when necessary and follow up as needed.
• Accurately complete Unusual Activity Reports (UARs).
• Provide back-up support to Digital and Payments tasks, as needed.Perform other similar duties as assigned or requested by supervisor.

High School Diploma; demonstrated ability to work as a team; excellent communication and computer skills. Qualified candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

Hours:Full time, 40 hours/week

Telecommute Status: Hybrid; Hadley, MA

Reports to: Digital & Payment Services Manager

Grade 08: $22.24 - $33.36/hour
