The Right of Way Agent II is a career professional with in depth knowledge of servitudes, fee land, encroachments, and other land related documentation. Responsible for obtaining necessary land rights, letters of no objection, and permits. The Right of Way Agent II assists in settlement of damage claims, and supports project engineers, customer service personnel, and various other departments in land related issues. This position will be a part of the Resiliency initiative, with a focus on system reliability, customer needs and performance measures. Key Responsibilities
