The Site Lead Director oversees all operations at the Madison QCL semiconductor and manufacturing site, ensuring excellence in engineering, manufacturing, EHS, supply chain, and local staff functions including program finance, HR, and security. This role provides hands-on leadership to deliver on-site performance goals while aligning with business unit and corporate strategy. Job Responsibilities
* Lead all site operations, ensuring performance in employee engagement, quality, safety, delivery and cost. Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical or Optical) required; advanced degree preferred. U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD Secret-level security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
