Psych Tech - CPEP

We are seeking a compassionate team player to join our team, involved in direct care and clinical services for in-patient psychiatric patients. This role involves working on a rotating shift schedule, including days, evenings, nights, holidays, weekends, and on-call duties as needed. The position requires 36 hours per week, with the possibility of extending to 48 hours.

• Provide individual care, including daily living activities and psychiatric rehabilitation, as directed by the RN.
• Communicate effectively with patients to ensure they have access to the required services.
• Inform the RN of any changes in patient condition.
• Participate in rounds and group therapy sessions as needed.

• 2 years of recent experience as a psychiatric technician.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Associate's Degree in Psychology or Sociology.
