Are you passionate about training, safety, and workforce development in a manufacturing environment? Carley Foundry is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to lead, manage, and enhance our employee training programs while ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs for new hires, current employees, and management.
  • Maintain accurate training records, track progress, and report metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing training documentation and compliance records.
  • Promote continuous improvement and workforce development through engaging and effective learning programs.
  • Collaborate with management, HR, and employees to drive process improvements and a safe, productive work environment.



What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing or foundry training, compliance, and auditing is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of curriculum and training design, instructional methods, and assessing training effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ability to work independently, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and interact professionally with all levels of employees.



Salary: The anticipated annual salary range is $60,000 to $75,000, based on education, experience, & demonstrated skills.

Hours Per Week: 40-45 hours
