More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for a Project Manager, home based in the US, with Intelligent Lighting Controls (ILC) and Cooper Lighting Solutions, a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.

  • Responsible for the successful administration, planning, and implementation of all ILC system projects. Act as the lead on customer liaison activities and specification clarification, managing the project scope, cost, schedule, and successful delivery of the project.

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders (e.g., channel partners, electrical contractors, engineers, customers, and internal functional teams) to establish project deliverables, schedules, and make recommendations.

  • Analyze and clarify completion criteria for each deliverable (e.g., design submittals, specifications, commissioning) and develop customer acceptance plan.

  • Partner with the Field Services team to ensure timely and accurate completion of the lighting control system commissioning and training.

  • Create and provide final project documentation with all pertinent project information; conduct lessons learned review with key stakeholders as a part of our continuous improvement strategy.

More about you

  • Bachelor's degree and project management experience or 3+ years of work experience in a project management role in lieu of a degree

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to cohesively and effectively work with multi-disciplinary teams

  • Organized and able to prioritize and multitask with complex assignments

  • A self-starter and can work independently and as part of a cross functional business team

  • PMP certification preferred

  • Lighting Control Systems experience a plus (BMS integration, IT integration knowledge)

  • Salary:$60,500 - 88,600 based on experience

  • Bonus:target bonus opportunity - 5%
