Facilities Coordinator Manager - JLL

What this job involves: As a Facilities Coordinator Manager at JLL, you will serve as the primary liaison between facility managers, clients, customers, and vendor partners while overseeing a team of Facility Coordinators across a predominantly Central, Mountain, and Western time zone portfolio. This leadership role requires you to provide outstanding customer service while managing complex work order pipelines, invoice processes, and KPI performance targets. You'll become a JLL expert across databases, technology resources, and client tools while conducting performance reviews, training, and coaching to ensure exceptional service delivery that reflects JLL's commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.

What your day-to-day will look like:

* Act as primary liaison between facility managers, clients, customers, and vendor partners with daily communication and updates

* Provide outstanding customer service to clients, customers, peers, and partners across all interactions

* Oversee and maintain pipeline of assigned work orders while distributing to facility coordinator team as applicable

* Generate, manage, and track invoices through completion utilizing team to effectively complete all assigned tasks

* Partner with Sourcing team and Facility Coordinators on inbound purchase order and invoice reports

* Become JLL expert across databases, technology resources, corporate policies, and client tools

* Maintain Critical Equipment maintenance compliance reports and ensure regulatory adherence

* Ensure KPIs are met and communicate effectively if KPI performance is at risk

* Conduct associate performance reviews while training team and coaching as needed for optimal performance

* Document processes and procedures for Facility Coordinator function for the account

* Assert discretion and professionalism when accessing confidential and private information

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

* 3-5 years of relevant work experience in professional company environment preferred

* Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills and Adobe Acrobat

* Experience with JD Edwards (E1), BTAP, and Corrigo systems required

* General knowledge of financial terms and principles with ability to calculate complex figures accurately

* Project management capabilities including multi-tasking, prioritization, and deadline management

* Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively

* Resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented mindset with willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in facilities management or coordination roles

* Background in vendor management and invoice processing

* Knowledge of Critical Equipment maintenance compliance requirements

* Experience with performance management and team coaching

* Understanding of KPI monitoring and reporting processes

* Flexibility for occasional US travel for training presentations

Location: Remote (supporting Central, Mountain, and Western time zones)

Estimated compensation for this position:

100,000.00 - 145,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
