The Role
Presidio is looking for a strategic and analytical Compensation and Commissions Senior Finance Manager to lead the design, implementation, and administration of our compensation programs. This role is critical in ensuring our pay practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business goals. You'll partner with Finance, Sales and business leaders to drive data-informed decisions that attract, retain, and reward top talent

Responsibilities Include:



  • Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Sales Commissions and Bonuses


    • Manage team's monthly process to calculate and verify sales commissions and bonuses
    • Calc sales leaders' performance compensation
    • Prepare accrual journal entries for commissions, bonuses, draws


  • Analytics & Reporting


    • Provide compensation insights and dashboards to Finance, Sales and HR business leaders
    • Analyze trends in pay equity, turnover, and workforce demographics to inform strategy


  • Compensation Strategy & Design


    • Develop and manage sales incentive programs including commissions and bonus
    • Manage annual compensation planning cycles, including sales compensation plan development and bonus programs
    • In partnership with HR, review market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning of sales compensation plans


  • Stakeholder Partnership


    • Advise Sales, Finance and HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation decisions and policy interpretation
    • Collaborate with Sales, Finance and HR to develop and standardize competitive compensation packages


  • Compliance & Governance


    • Ensure compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations
    • Support audit and reporting requirements related to compensation



Qualifications and Experience Required:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in commissions and bonuses; 3+ years of Management experience
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with compensation tools (e.g., Xactly)
  • Knowledge of sales compensation plan processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of journal entries, accruals is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
