What You'll Do:



  • New Product Launch Leadership: Lead the creative development and execution activities for a significant new co-brand credit card, slated for launch in 2026. This includes managing the entire creative lifecycle from concept to market delivery.
  • Marketing Project Management: Strategically oversee the comprehensive marketing project roadmap. This involves meticulously managing all milestones, dependencies, and timelines to ensure the successful, on-schedule delivery of the campaign assets and initiatives.
  • Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Cultivate and manage strong working partnerships with third-party vendors, internal Commercial teams, and external issuer partners. You will be responsible for shepherding tasks through complex organizational structures to the finish line.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Credit Card marketing.
  • Co-Brand Experience (Absolute Must): At least 2 years of experience specifically in Co-Brand Credit Card marketing. This experience is essential and should have been gained within a:


    • Big Bank (e.g., Citi, Chase, Capital One, Wells Fargo, etc.) OR

    • Client-Side Marketing Team for a major co-brand portfolio (e.g., Marriott, Expedia, Hilton, Delta, Amazon, or another large co-brand portfolio).


  • Essential Competencies: Demonstrated Resilience in navigating complex, fast-paced projects and a proven track record as a Collaborative/Team Player, adept at fostering strong working relationships.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.


Desired Skills (Nice-to-Have):

  • Lifecycle Marketing Strategy: Strong strategic experience in Existing Cardholder Marketing or Lifecycle Marketing. Candidates with this background will be considered for an expanded function that includes strategic ownership of these areas.
  • Co-Brand Depth: 2-5 years experience specifically in Co-Brand Credit Card marketing.


  • Strategic Expansion: Candidates with strong strategic experience in Existing Cardholder Marketing/Lifecycle marketing are highly desirable, as there is potential to expand the function to include strategic ownership of these areas.
