Job Description

This role is based in our 275 Grove Street, Newton, Boston, MA 02466 office.

Shape the strategies of North America's leading technology vendors.

At Omdia Enterprise Consulting, we work with some of the biggest names inEnterprise IT, Cybersecurity, AI/IoT, and Channel, helping them navigate shifting markets, outpace competitors, and unlock growth. Our insights, data, and consulting expertise fuel board-level decisions.

We're growing fast, and we're looking for aSenior Consultantto deliver high-impact projects for clients across the North American enterprise technology landscape. You'll combine analytical rigour with project management discipline, working directly with executives to solve their most critical challenges. Our clients arevalue-focused, investing in strategic insight to drive measurable, long-term impact - and you'll be central to helping them realise that value.

Project delivery

  • DeliverNorth America-focused consulting projects- including market entry, go-to-market strategy, partner ecosystem development, and competitive positioning.
  • Apply Omdia's consulting methodologies to ensure deliverables arecommercially strong, differentiated, and actionable.
  • Manage distributed teams of analysts and consultants through the PMO framework, ensuring clear objectives, plans, and collaboration.
  • Maintain strong focus onbudget, timelines, and utilisation targets, ensuring projects meet client expectations and contribute to practice growth.

Business development support

  • Work closely with sales and account managers toscope, position, and support proposalsfor North American clients.
  • Contribute to theproposal and bid stagesof custom projects, ensuring inputs are accurate, well-structured, and commercially aligned.
  • Identify opportunities within accounts to expand consulting and subscription work, always in close partnership with account management teams.

Client engagement and influence

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders in North America, positioning Omdia as a trusted partner.
  • Support senior colleagues inexecutive-level discussions,developing confidence in C-suite and partner-facing environments.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact during delivery, ensuring client needs are addressed promptly and effectively.

  • Market and Technology Awareness- Solid grasp of enterprise IT, cybersecurity, AI/IoT, and channel ecosystems in North America. Not an analyst role but must engage credibly with client executives and leverage Omdia analyst expertise.

Qualifications
  • 5+ yearsin management consulting, market analysis, or senior roles in the North American enterprise technology industry.
  • Knowledge ofNorth American Enterprise IT and channel markets, including indirect routes to market.
  • Proven track record ofdelivering consulting projects with multi-stakeholder client teams.
  • Experience working with sales teams to support proposals and bids.
  • Strong client-facing skills, from workshops to governance calls.
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research
  • Knowledge and experience creating and condusting surveys and interviews for custom research

The salary range for this role is $120,000.00 to $137,500.00 based on experience.
