Overview
The Senior Digital Product Manager is responsible for driving the successful marketing of Tactile Medical's digital solutions that support Tactile Medical therapies. This highly visible role leads the go-to-market strategy, launch, adoption, user feedback, and market performance of digital solutions. This position collaborates to ensure strong field alignment. While the primary focus is downstream marketing, this individual contributes to product development, by providing market insights, participating in user testing, collaborating with key stakeholders, and identifying market opportunities that inform product enhancements and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for digital products, including launch planning, sales enablement, and user adoption initiatives.
- Grow and maintain strong field sales team interaction and alignment to ensure proper development, communication, understanding, and adoption of best practices.
- Develop and implement market analysis, marketing tactics, business metrics, and utilization reporting to measure and optimize product success.
- Provide ongoing market support, including training, troubleshooting, and feedback collection from customers and internal teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and payer environment to inform execution strategies.
- Identify market opportunities to drive market growth and user adoption in digital products.
- Provide market-driven insights to inform product roadmap and prioritization.
- Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to validate product concepts, prioritize enhancements, and contribute to digital roadmap development.
- Collaborate with design, IT, and development teams to ensure market needs are reflected in product features.
- Maintain compliance with all appropriate standards and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.

Qualifications
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 7+ years of product marketing, commercialization, or hybrid product roles within health solutions or consumer products and apps
- Extensive practical experience and understanding of digital content strategy, demand generation, usability and accessibility
Preferred:
- MBA
- Fluency in digital technology, social media and mobile applications
- Mobile or web application product marketing or product management experience
Knowledge & Skills
- Effective communicator with cross-functional teams (development, design, engineering, and sales)
- Proven success developing market/product strategies and execution plans
- Proven ability to assimilate consumer/user feedback into actionable features/experiences
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead business initiatives to a successful result, using resources effectively and efficiently
- Strong analytical skills for creating and analyzing business metrics
- Self-directed, motivated and detail oriented with excellent follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with effective presentation and facilitation skills in a variety of settings
- Ability to lift to 25 pounds
Below is the starting salary range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.
$115,600 - $173,250
