As a Security Guard - Mall Patrol Driver in Pearland, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a retail and mall location, you will conduct regular patrols throughout the premises, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence to support a welcoming environment. You will interact with visitors and tenants, delivering excellent customer service while responding to security-related needs. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail and mall location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe for any irregularities and report incidents or suspicious behavior according to established procedures.
• Assist visitors and tenants with directions and information, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the retail and mall environment.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and local law enforcement as necessary in responding to incidents at the location.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of all patrols, incidents, and activities during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
