Temporary Accountant

Seeking a mid-level accountant with hands-on experience in Sage Intacct and complex bank reconciliations. This is a short-term project requiring immediate availability.

Responsibilities:

• Review financial transactions and ensure they accurately align with the bank balance.
• Perform detailed bank reconciliations within Sage Intacct, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Handle intercompany and multiple-entity transfers, verifying proper recording between entities
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate with accounting staff to ensure all adjustments and corrections are properly documented
• Maintain clear, organized reconciliation support and audit trail
