The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: The EMS Manager of Mobile Health will ensure the delivery of world-class patient care through providing leadership and quality driven services aligned with RWJBH's strategic and operational plan. This position will lead and implement the centrally located EMS operations of the mobile health division. The EMS Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the strategic initiatives of the division. The EMS Manager will report directly to the Regional Operations Director of Mobile Health Services and will foster a collaborative environment within the supervisory team in developing and accessing RWJBH's long-term Mobile Health Strategy. The EMS Manager will provide outstanding and inspiring leadership by being actively involved in all aspects of Mobile Health Services, developing broad based relationships with RWJBH, the community and other key stakeholders. The EMS Manager will be expected to lead, coach, develop and retain a high-performing supervisors and front-line staff team members, all the while emphasizing strategic planning and analysis.
