Job Title: HR Associate / HR Operations Specialist Location: Rosemead, California 91770 (Hybrid job) Monday & Tuesday is onsite | Wednesday-Friday will be remote Duration: 12+ months (Possible Extension) Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST Pay Range: $23/hr. - $25/hr. Position Overview The HR Operations Specialist is a specialist-level role within People Operations & Enablement - HR Services. This position supports a high-volume, service-driven HR environment and operates across two core functional areas: Programs and Data. The role requires thorough knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws and regulations. The ideal candidate brings strong operational HR experience, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. This is not a leadership or strategic role; it is execution-focused and suited for HR professionals who excel in hands-on transactional and employee support work. The organization is moving toward a cross-skilled model, where team members will develop proficiency across both Programs and Data functions over time. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for employees across the organization, delivering timely, accurate HR guidance and support. Core Responsibilities:
Strong multitasking, communication, and customer service skills are essential. Candidates must be comfortable answering phones consistently during working hours. Data Team - HR Transactions & Records Administration Support leaders, HR Business Partners, and employees through accurate and timely processing of employee data transactions. This function is primarily case-based rather than phone-based. Core Responsibilities:

Systems & Tools Experience with the following systems is strongly preferred:
