Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Sales Tax) Location: West Palm Beach, FL 33410 Duration: Fulltime Shift Days: (M - F / Any / 7 Days): Monday - Friday Pay Rate: $ 26.00 - $28.00 /hr with benefits Job Description: The AP Specialist will be responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices accurately and efficiently. Role & Responsibilities: Review, verify, and process vendor invoices. Match invoices with POs and receipts. Resolve discrepancies and ensure correct sales tax. Maintain vendor records and manage lien releases. Assist with month-end closings and AP reconciliations. Support internal departments with payment inquiries. Prepare reports in Excel and perform general clerical tasks. Qualifications: Valid driver's license (required). High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate's degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of AP experience. Strong understanding of bookkeeping/accounting principles. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
