Job Title: Receptionist - II Location: Waltham, MA. Roles and Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities will include the greeting of guests, vendors, job applicants and other visitors. Some administrative tasks which include: Handling emails from the main inbox and existing client communication follow-ups by email correspondence. May be asked to arrange for conference room reservations or food deliveries or arrange for transportation services as well as answer incoming calls to a front desk. May also route incoming calls to appropriate parties. Pleasant communication skills and professional demeanor is critical. Seeking an individual who is reliable with excellent interpersonal skill sets, a warm and inviting smile! High School diploma and relevant experience are required.
