Clover Farms Dairy has been in business for over 80 years bringing fresh pasteurized milk from Pennsylvania dairy farms to our local community! We are looking for a motivated truck driver to serve our transportation and supply chain logistics department in a yard jockey position. Position: Yard Jockey- Evening Shift CDL Class A required w/tanker endorsement Start time: 4 pm and 6 pm Rate: $29.006 Daily tasks: Yard moves, Temp Checks, Yard checks, weighing tankers, Help unload empty crates on case dock, ensure trailers are set properly in the yard for Driver's, communicate effectively on the radio with other jockeys and supervisors. Responsibilities * Operate a yard tractor trailer in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations and safety standards. * Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors and other team members. * Perform all tasks in the yard in a safe, timely manner * Questions on this job see a route supervisor. Desired Skills Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Maintain a good track records of punctuality and reliability. Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.) Strong Work Ethic Qualifications Valid Pennsylvania Commercial Driver's License (Class A w/ tanker endorsement) Must pass DOT drug screening and DOT physical (Preferred) No recent moving or driving violations What can Clover Farms Dairy offer you?
